Our days are getting colder, and the evening darkness starts at about 4:00pm. And it sure shows when I take a photo of any recipe I plan to share here on the blog. While the food looks great in person (and tastes good also!), it is a bit dull and brown in the photo. There was only one solution, add a hanging lamp above the dining table that I use for my workstation here in our little apartment. So I did...
A lamp should arrive by end of this week, and this weekend we can get it installed and busy helping to add much need light for better photos!
