Help is on the way! Recipes calling for ripe bananas!

If there is one thing that is happening in almost every kitchen as the weather turns into summer, it ripe and overripe bananas! what a perfect time for this collection of recipes calling for ripe bananas, and should you wish to slow down the avalanche of ripe bananas coming your way, I have included my foolproof way of storing bananas so they don't become over ripe...



Banana recipes you will enjoy and they all call for ripe bananas! Offering a full dozen of our favorites!



Bananas in Orange Caramel Sauce.  Fresh bananas are sliced and drizzled with an easy to make Orange Caramel Sauce, and just like that, fresh fruit becomes a delicious dessert...

Whole Grain Banana Date Bread.  This loaf of tender whole grain banana bread is sweetened by the bananas and dates. Which means there is no refined sugar in this recipe. Is it good, oh yes!



Banana Cream Bread Pudding.  Nothing fancy here, except the taste! Simply slice some bananas into the bread pudding and serve with a bit of whipped cream!

Brown Sugar Sour Cream Banana Bread.  So tender you will call this Brown Sugar Sour Cream Cake....everyone loves this one!

Whole Wheat Cream Cheese Banana Bread.  Dress this up with chopped nuts or chocolate chips, or for those who know a good thing, both! Recipe makes two loaves.
