Wait, did I hear that correctly? Yes you did!
Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot is currently shared over three FIVE blogs: Let us introduce ourselves! We each offer a different perspective on life and hope you enjoy not only this link-up, but all that you may find, when you visit any of our personal blogs!
Marsha@ Marsha in the Middle - Marsha started blogging in 2021 as an exercise in increasing her neuroplasticity. Oh, who are we kidding? Marsha started blogging because she loves clothes, and she loves to talk or, in this case, write! You can find her on her blog, Marsha in the Middle.
Rena@ it's all fine What Ever tickles the fancy ~ Rena joins us from Southern California where she has lived forever!. She is a proud wife, mom and retired woman who now after years of left brain work in the workforce is itching to use that right brain side in her continued zest for life!
Cat@ Cat's Wire ~ Cat loves all things "cat" along with books, movies, crafting and more cats! Wait, did I mention cats? She joins us from Germany where she also works in communications and media, when she is not creating or crafting!
Melynda@ Scratch Made Food! & DIY Homemade Household - Our name says it all! Scratch cooking and baking while living on a three generation homestead in East Texas. In my spare time I garden, chase chickens, spend as much time as possible with my grandson, cook and bake bread, oh and knit. Life is good!
Lisa@ Boondock Ramblings - Lisa shares about the fiction she writes and reads, her faith, homeschooling, photography and much much more on her blog, Boondock Ramblings.
I invite you to follow our hosts on their individual blogs and on any of the social media pages you visit, making it easy to keep up to date with just about every little thing going on! And there are many...many little things! We tend to be a busy group.
It's our goal to honor all bloggers at Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot! And our new feature, that I am most excited about? As promised, we have rebooted the reboot! In honor of the bloggers who take the time each week to share their creative content with us. We will be featuring a different blogger each week! We invite you to stop by the featured blogger's blog, take a look around and say hello!
This week we are featuring...
This week we are featuring Pauline from Happy Retiree's Kitchen! Have a good read about Pauline, from her blogger page:
Happy Retirees Kitchen is an interactive food blog, where I share my home cooked, delicious and sustainable recipes and tips. I cook simple food, aiming for a healthier lifestyle and a healthier planet. I hope you enjoy reading about our life here in Tropical North Queensland on the east coast of Australia. I enjoy cooking for family and friends, and sharing many stories with you including my adventures with food, our garden, and whatever else seems interesting at the time. Enjoy your visit and please spread the word and leave a comment on my blog post.
Personally I love visiting Pauline's blog for some delicious recipes and lot of inspiration!
We would love to have additional Co-Hosts to share in the creativity and the fun! If you think this would be a good fit for you and you like having fun (come on now, who doesn't?!) while still being creative, drop one of us an email and someone will get back with you!

And now back to our regularly scheduled Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot!
What's happening at our house?
This task is one of the reasons we cleaned up the outside area of the shop. The wall studs on this corner of the building need some help. Along with the floor joists. Fortunately this won't take too long, plus we were able to get the wood for the studs and joist replacement from a friend who has his own saw mill. Our only purchase will be three sheets of plywood. Once this repair is done, we can use this part of the shop as an inside work area which will be great for rainy days! Plus the leftover area will store Christmas décor in tubs. We will most likely need to take off the siding, and with everything cleared away outside, it will go quick!
Why did my husband and I put together a tiny house homestead here in East Texas?
In case you missed them, here are two of our favorite recipes that we enjoy on regular rotation from Scratch Made Food & DIY Homemade Household.
And these, that caught my eye!: One from each page of shared posts!
