If you are looking for a loaf of banana bread so healthy you can eat it for breakfast, you have come to the right place! This Whole Grain Banana Date Bread is whole grain and all fruit-sweetened...
It goes without saying I was very pleased with how this bread turned out! Whole Grain Banana Date Bread is wonderful! It is flavorful, moist, and made with whole grains and all fruit. I believe a slice of bread is oftentimes easier (cleaner maybe?) to eat than a muffin. Those who nibble on the way to work will agree...whether it was good for me or not, I often ate my breakfast on the way to work during my commute.
Fortunately, when the weekend comes a slice of Whole Grain Banana Date Bread would be perfect to take along on camping trips, or why not pack a thermos cup of coffee, and a slice of this bread for a light breakfast on the trail and take a lovely morning walk? This just might be the tastiest all fruit-sweetened banana bread you will ever eat! Do allow this loaf to mellow overnight as the recipe indicates.
