It turns out, we are all busy. The solution? I keep a bottle of this Super Simple "Easy Clean" Spray Cleaner handy, a couple of sprays, and a quick wipe down, and you will have a clean and ready work surface, once again! From the DIY Homemade Household side of the blog!
Before we cook, sometimes we must clean.
So tell me, have you ever had one of those days, where you walk into the kitchen to start a meal and all the counters are covered with the remains of the day? This can and does happen with kids of all ages or no kids at all, still at home! I thought so, around here we call it life. Super Simple "Easy Clean" Spray Cleaner is just what you need, because, what you will find on the kitchen counters is one or maybe all of the following.
Left behind crumbs from someone getting out a few crackers.
Or a bit of honey dribbled from sweetening a cup of tea.
And who can mistake that smear left behind from the knife used for a PB&J?
And my personal favorite, the trail of mugs and drinking glasses with a few spills from what was poured into them...
But now, back home, possibly home from work or working outside, time is moving on and dinner is waiting to be made. Time to get out your spray bottle of Super Simple "Easy Clean" Spray Cleaner! And create a clean surface, to make dinner.
Great for cleaning before and after cooking!
There is nothing difficult about this cleaner, and it will come in handy more times than you can shake a stick at! It is my go to for cleaning large surface areas quickly. You can wipe and go. Because this is a vinegar based cleaner you need now worry about using the cleaned surfaces for prepping food.
And no rising is required because those 3 drops of dish soap are not the cleaning part. The vinegar is! That small amount of soap changes the surface tension of the water making it wetter to clean better! And a wipe down after dinner is handy also!
Ingredients needed for this project:
- water
- vinegar
- dish soap or Sal Suds

DeleteThat is super simple and what a great idea to keep a spray bottle handy for that! I must wet down and use a soapy sponge at least 3 times a day to wipe down the counters.
