If you think whole wheat desserts are dry, tasteless, and not worth your time, I would ask you to think again! We have been baking with whole wheat for a few years now and I can honestly say these whole wheat desserts are delicious, moist, and are true family favorites!

    1. It took a while to get the family on board, but now they will eat everything I make with whole wheat flour. It helps that I myself expect tender, moist, and delicious. Otherwise it is a waste of belly space!
